Mcdonald's - Shively

The drive-thru employee was extremely friendly, the service was fast, and the food was hot and appeared to be fresh.

Service was wonderful compared to going down road to 4622 Dixie hwy, the other McDonald's. These wonderful workers didn't cuss or yell at any customer and made sure my order was great

This Mc Donald's saved the day. On the 4th of July, all the other restaurants closed earlier than their posted business hours. This location was the only resteraunt in Louisville that didn't have an excuse for why th we y were closing early. I don't know his name but there was a black guy who was working very hard on a busy night. My food was piping hot and good. In fact, it was the freshest Mc Donald's that I could ever remember having. This location saved the day. SERIOUSLY! I ill only travel to this location. End of story...

The service is quite good; I never have to wait long in line. However, during my last visit, they were out of the steak, egg, and cheese bagels.

The food was actually delicious, but I can't give McDonald's a full 5 stars. It's just that it's McDonald's, and I know I've had some not-so-great experiences here in the past.
