Lake Cafe And Deck

Beautifully located cafe right on the lake unlike anywhere else in town! The menu is excellent and the food is delicious. The food is brought out reasonably fast. One staff member is quite rude out serving customers on the deck!

Best food in Yarrawonga by far. Been coming here since we purchased a place in January. Most of the Hotels serve rubbish particularly the Criterion Hotel.

Selecting from their large cake menu for a late morning tea, I chose the pavlova lemon cheese cake. Can highly recommend. Their friendly staff and views out to the lake made for an enjoyable stop.

Lovely busy cafe , beautiful view by the lake . Staff wonderful and friendly. Service amazing .coffee was beautiful and trout breakfast was amazing ! If you love fish I recommend the trout breakfast .

We sat on the deck, on a cool day. Close to the heater, it was quite comfy. I needed to order gluten free, and was pleased to find that was easy (pumpkin and chick pea curry, just the ticket). My companion had a pair of little savoury tarts, which he really enjoyed. We sat outside specially to keep an eye on the water. There was a lovely little grebe keeping us company. This cafe is attached to the tourist information Centre, which you really must visit. We were there a bit late in the afternoon, and other lunch venues in town were closing up, so it was good to see this lovely spot open.
