Been buying meat pies from this 0oace for a few years now. For some reason lately I 've been getting home only to discover my pies are burnt.. to the point where I can 't eat them. This has happen 4 times in the past month now. 2 weeks ago I told a staff member and they didn 't even apologise.. they just said oh ok no refund offered or anything. I let it go but since then I 've gotten 2 more burnt pies. Not happy .. normally their pies are great value.

Bought a vanilla slice custard tart from this joint. putrid. vanilla slice was soggy with watery syrup in the bottom of container. lady gave me a custard tart that was freshly made and let me know the custard wasn’t set yet. told me that after i paid for it

Refused to make fresh sandwiches yet advertise they will.

Why use so much plastic. Even my custard tart was in plastic. If I want plastic wrapped food I could go to the supermarket. And the world is littered with plastic no need to add to it. Edit from 5 stars to 1

Have been in there a few times to buy round rolls, there’s plenty behind the counter but none bagged. Old grey haired lady was extremely rude when I asked to buy some from behind the counter and she just says no. Terrible customer service. I won’t be back!
