Starbucks - Shorewood

This is by far the slowest Starbucks I've ever experienced. There have been numerous occasions where the drive-thru line takes anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes, and sometimes up to an hour. It's really disappointing. Overall, I'd rate the food a 1, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 1 for takeout dinner.

The staff seemed more focused on joking around with each other than on their work. My drink order was incorrect, even after I confirmed it while placing my order in the drive-thru. The gentleman taking my order sounded indifferent to both his job and the customers. Overall, I would rate the food a 1, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 1.

I always do my mobile pickup order at this location as it is on my way to work and my order is usually ready when I pickup or within 5-10 minutes. This review is for yesterday, where upon arriving there was a line of people inside waiting for seemingly a long amount of time. I waited the 5-10 minutes as I have in the past, but that soon turned into well over 20 minutes (30+ minutes if you count my commute there, which is ridiculous for 1 drink) and I had to leave without my order as I was now running late to work. I'm not sure what the deal was with yesterday around 2:30pm, maybe they got slammed with orders, but it's definitely unfortunate and I feel sorry for the people that came before that waited even longer.
