Feedback gevenI ordered food from this restaurant but there was a mix-up with my address right from the start. I had to repeat it five times to the person taking my order. After an hour, the driver called saying he was outside, but when I went out, he was nowhere to be found. It turns out he was at an address 10 minutes away. I tried calling the restaurant to explain the situation, but the person I spoke to couldn't seem to get the address right. After waiting for two hours, I had to cancel my order and get a refund. It's disappointing because I used to like this place, but the service seems to be going downhill.
Absolutely the best thin crust pizza around. Every time I feel so welcomed thank you all very much
On Saturday night, our delivery took 1 hour and 40 minutes, much longer than the expected 60-75 minutes. When we called to check on the status, all they could say was that it was "on its way". After waiting another 20 minutes, we called again but they never answered. Additionally, they did not read my husband's request to not include ranch dressing on his buffalo pizza.
The pizza at this restaurant is good, but the staff is rude. They are often on their personal phones, leaving customers waiting. It is unacceptable for an employee to prioritize personal calls over serving customers. The owner's response was unprofessional, suggesting they may have been the one on the phone. I recommend trying other pizza places that value their customers' time and experience.
Ordered a pizza for delivery via their website. After an hour, I called to find out where it was and they told me it was on its way. At the hour and 30 minute mark I called again and they couldn’t find my order and told me it was my own fault forordering delivery, as their delivery is unreliable. No apology at all. Pizza finally showed up after an hour and 40 minutes,cold (of course). It’s just not worth ordering from here, unless you feel like being hungry, aggravated and eating cold pizza.
