The manager was making the rounds, checking in on customers. Dishes are nicely portioned and wine list has some very nice options. Overall, an excellent dining experience in the middle of a Saturday shopping trip.
I wasn't impressed. Food was just ok. Our salmon apperitzer had hardly any salmon on it and my jasmine rice with dinner was hard. I wouldn't go back. The service was very good.
The food was delicious, but the portions of the protein were insanely small.
We eat here a lot. The Oysters are always fresh and choices were vast. Other food such as scallops, fish tacos, bang bang cauliflower, Szechuan beans and lobster roll were all delicious. Service for most of the time was very good and timely. This time, it was slower to get our drinks and orders in; it's odd that it was slower as there weren't that many people here during lunch hour. The food arrived pretty fast though.
We were on our way out and decided to have a late lunch at Legal Seafood. For some reason, although the rest was fairly empty, we were placed at a table in the back of the restaurant Our meals came relatively quickly and one of the dishes was very well done. I had the grilled shrimp with jasmine rice and it was a bit of a disaster. The rice was dry and bland. The shrimp were all over cooked and tough When we asked for the check, it came quickly but we waited between 10 and 15 minutes for the waiter to return to take the payment We have been to this restaurant before as well as many other Legal Seafoods and have enjoyed our time. I am hoping that this was merely a blip
