Panda Express - Show Low

I usually enjoy Panda Express, but this location has been a bit of a letdown. During my last visit, the orange chicken and Beijing beef were tough and overcooked, as if they had been sitting out for hours. While the flavors are usually great, the quality of the food this time was disappointing. Additionally, the customer service could use some improvement. If you're craving Panda Express, I'd recommend being cautious about visiting this particular location.

Go elsewhere for any kind of quality service. We were made to wait 25 minutes for food they prepared because they were out. When our food came, they were the wrong orders and did not contain the objects we were waiting for. Precise card or exact cash payment only. Always out of food 2 hours before closing even on weekends. No support Show low Panda Express.

This is the third time I've come to pick up food on my way home, and they still don’t have chicken teriyaki. You’d think that with how many people order it, they would keep enough in stock. I ended up leaving because that’s the only thing I really wanted. Come on, Panda, get it together!

Gone here a few times, always out of white rice, never give me any sweey and sour sauce. Last time I went me and my friend wanted to get some before work, we had about 30 minutes until we had to be in and it was right across the street so we thought it'd be fine. We both wanted orange chicken and they said it'd be a 15 minute wait so we said ok and pulled up to where they wanted us to pull up. Well 25 minutes later they still never brought us our food and we were starting to worry we'd be late for work. 5 more minutes pass so we go inside to find our orders ready but nobody decided to bring them to us like they said they would.

I was disappointed during my visit. They didn't provide any red sauce for the egg rolls, and they were out of white rice and soy sauce. The spring rolls were overly seasoned and had a strange flavor. To make matters worse, the Rangoon was just an empty shell and wasn't even hot. The fried rice was dry, and since they didn't have white rice either, it was quite unsatisfactory. Overall, I can't recommend this place. My experience around 4 PM was not enjoyable at all.
