Cc's Coffee House - Shreveport

My first visit here was great. The staff offered great service and answered all my questions about the menu easily in a warm and friendly way. There were a variety of sitting areas to choose from. It's a great place to relax, study, or hang out with friends. I only wish they offered free wifi.

Best Coffee in the area. Prices are great, the selection is amazing. The staff is so friendly. They went out of their way to get my order right. I am from out of town and they came me chooses for get some good local food. There Moccissppi is wonderful. Take the time to come down the road just a little extra miles to get an experience that you won't give you at the other place.

CCs Coffee never fails!! Their feta and spinach croissant is so good! Love their cold brew and I appreciate their dairy alternatives!! They were busy when I went, but the two ladies working were friendly as can be and handled everything so well!

Quality of the product provided depends on staffing. There's one particular girl there who knows how to make everything exceptionally well, everyone else make drinks ok on average, or way too sweet. Service is typical, a little bit slower during mornings mornings because of the crowd. Much, much better than Starbucks.

I never know when they are open or closed anymore. There is clearly a new staff inside as opposed to the early morning baristas who knew my name and how to make my drinks properly. I know the world is short staffed right now and it's so hard to find anyone willing to work. I've been a regular, every morning customer for a year. I'm trying to be patient before I find a new morning coffee stop but It is looking more like I probably should every day
