Chick-fil-a - Shreveport

Top-inch customer service, like any Chick-Fil-A. Of course, the food was great. Simply most customers concentrate fast food chain in existence.

Customer service is very friendly and there was no long wait for food, although I came during the lunch break. Food was fresh and hot and my lemonade were super- not super sweet or ice cold. Good choice.

Now I love Chick-fil-A. Their food is always great and they get it right. But the reason I gave this one in Shreveport a 3 star was their staff. The lady that took my order was very rushed and when the payment went through, I took my card and she just walked away? Not a smile, no eye contact, nothing. And on top of that, one of the guys on staff brought a bag of food to me and handed it to me saying nothing. I proceed to make sure my order is right and the name was Billy??? He didn’t say one word and I kindly told him it wasn’t me and he was left. Once again no eye contact, no smile. I used to love the staff at Chick-fil-A because they used please and thank you and my pleasure and we’re so friendly. Now it seems all I get is maybe eye contact. I would be more careful with hiring these kids and making sure they are living up to the standards Chick-fil-A usually had.
