Daq's Wings Grill Shreveport

I was informed that our food would take 20 minutes or less, but it ended up taking 45 minutes for two burgers and a salad. In fact, customers who arrived 15 minutes after us received their meals before we did. Our food sat in the window for quite some time before it was finally bagged. When I mentioned the delay to the waitress, she said it felt a bit warm when she packed it up. Meanwhile, I noticed several waitresses sitting together, chatting, and even playing on their phones, with three of them taking time to eat while our food was left in the window.

I've visited this restaurant many times, and I always order the boneless Buffalo wings with breaded fries—they're absolutely amazing. The restaurant is very clean, and the staff is friendly. During my most recent visit, I received my food in under 10 minutes, and everything was cooked perfectly. I really love this place and will definitely keep coming back. Food: 5/5.

We typically order the chicken strips, which are consistently delicious—although a bit too salty. Today, we decided to try the roast beef, but it wasn't worth the price. It came with just two small pieces of meat, a lot of bread, and some unappealing iceberg lettuce. The fries were good, but we had requested mashed potatoes. I think I'll stick to the chicken strips next time! Overall, I'd rate the food a 3 out of 5.

Our waitress Anna was so sweet and attentive..very personable...biggest and best BLT I have ever had. Parish was here and their beer is delish...loved the manager..we will definitely be back!Food: 5/5

Took forever for server to come take drink orders. Once drinks were brought out we ordered and did not receive food for 1 hour. While waiting for food I went to get bingo cards from the Dj and saw our server sitting at the bar on her phone. Food finally came out but was cold. It had good flavor but for sure sat out.Food: 2/5
