Glenwood Tea Room - Shreveport

The welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff really enhance this restaurant experience. Every time I've gone, the food has been delightful and light, served promptly and consistently. The boutique features unique handmade items from local artisans, and the mismatched chairs and tea settings bring a charming vintage feel. Shreveport is fortunate to have its own tea room, especially since many cities have overlooked this lovely tradition. I wholeheartedly recommend this hidden gem to anyone considering a visit. You definitely won't be disappointed!

We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary sample of hot tea, which we both thoroughly enjoyed. The atmosphere was very calming, and our waitress was exceptional; she addressed all my inquiries about the English teas with great knowledge. I was delighted to see some hand-painted china in my favorite colors, and the gift shop offered a stunning selection of beautiful china. Overall, I had a perfect experience and would love to go back soon for another delightful meal!

This is a fantastic spot for a meal or just a quick snack! I really enjoy their tea! Don't forget to visit their gift shop as well!

Very quaint. Exceptional service and the food was amazing. I also loved browsing thru their boutique, when i get rich I’ll do my Christmas shopping there! Lol. Jared and his staff are on top of things. They don’t make you wait. I even called in a to go order once and it took me longer to get away from work than expected and when i got there they remade my food for me (for free) so it would be hot. If you go, the house soup is a must! Think it’s called the Victorian? It’s the one with asparagus. To Live For!!!

Such a cute little place with so many little trinkets and tea cups, jewelry, clothes, a restaurant, and the friendliest staff I've encountered in a while.
