Mcdonald's - Shreveport

Eating is okay, the service is terrible. every time I went to the restaurant to eat or drive thru, the service was terrible. the personal gets a job as if it were my fault that they can't get my order right. do not recommend.

I've never been posting anything, but this place is so bad that I had to, and that wasn't my first bad experience at this place. No one ever answered. several cars in the inside thru drove up, placed orders and drove around. so I finally went up to the window. I said no one recognized my annoyance. the answer I got: someone should have. we will say that no one has done it and again I got the answer: someone should have. then I said, I would like to give up an order, and I was told that I must go back through the drive thru, because that is the only one away as they could take my order. guess what. left and never back. Never go. this is a spot on the mcdonald’s franchise.

The food is good, but the service is consistently poor. The staff is often rude and unprofessional. It seems like they don't care about providing good service, whether it's a line worker or a manager. The only reason I continue to come here is because of the food quality.

All of the dishes we tried were incredibly fresh and tasty. While McDonald's is known for their excellent fries, I would choose to go elsewhere for ice cream. It's not bad, but it's not quite up to par with other options. The restaurant is very child-friendly and has ample parking, including spaces for disabled guests and wheelchair-accessible tables.

Absolutely THE worst McDonalds and most unprofessional staff. Don’t waste your time here, just go up the road about 10 minutes to a different location, you’d still get your food faster.
