1st visit and want to recognize Michelle for helping me know what to do (where to pick up food when the thing goes off, the tea is unsweetened but sugar sits next to it should I want sugar). It was a fantastic visit thanks to her friendliness.

Every time I get a pick up order ….there’s either something missing or nothing added as requested. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad but there’s no chicken….get it together.

Ordered Family Feast with Homestyle Chicken Noodle Soup — and I was given Broccoli Cheddar instead and 2 Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melts with special instructions to have no tomato, cheese, or avocado. Both sandwiches had tomato, cheese, and avocado and neither had chipotle sauce. Staff was nice and friendly however but severely disappointed in quality and correctness. Didn't get breadbowls and got less than a cup of soup when I placed an order for a bowl. Can't get a hold of an actual person, just the automated system. Save your money and order McAllister's.
