Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Shreveport

Great food with options for the whole family. Really enjoyed my spicy chicken sandwich. The biscuits are hot and tasty, enjoyed our mac and cheese, red beans, and coleslaw. Restrooms were clean AND both the men's and women's have changing tables, which is a big deal for me with a bunch of kiddos!

If I didn't have to give a star I wouldn't. This place is awful!! When we arrived at the restaurant there was car waiting in the drive through. When we finished our meal, the same car was still waiting on their order. The employees were playing on their phones and playing inappropriate music. There were two pair of shoes and other employee personal belongings left on dining room tables not to mention the can of raid sitting next to someone's food. The walls had honey or something on them and needed to be cleaned. This being a place where food is prepped, prepared and severed, I feel that employees with long fake nails should not be allowed to have nails like that as it is a health hazard.

I purchased four cookies, and they were all so hard that I nearly damaged my teeth. When I called the store, I only got a voicemail instructing me to leave my name, phone number, and email address, and that someone would get back to me in a few days. It's outrageous to sell something that is so difficult to eat.

If you actually receive what you ordered, consider yourself lucky—it's like hitting the jackpot! You might even want to buy a lottery ticket at the Exxon next door.

The staff is excellent, and the food was delicious. They were friendly and made you feel warmly welcomed.
