Ralph's Place - Shreveport

Want to visit a real Louisiana breakfast dive restaurant...visit Ralph's. Wasn't sure what to expect, but my expectation was met and exceeded by service, friendliness, and quality. I highly recommend visiting for some amazing beignets. We also ordered banana Foster French toast and blueberry pancakes. So good. Can't say enough how delicious the food was.

I haven?t reviewed in awhile.. so I was super excited to try this new place out called Ralph?s Place on Louisiana Ave. down the street from the WK rehab center. There is limited parking. There is some indoor seating, screened in outdoor seating, and even seating on the side of the building. I looked at the menu before coming and I was super excited to try the avocado toast or the bananas fosters French toast. As soon as we walked in we were informed that they didn?t haveavocados, bananas, beans and something else so my 2 items I wanted was already out the menu. Due to me not being able to eat certain things there wasn?t many other options for me. So I had to get a bagel with butter and bacon with a water.My parents ordered southern fried chicken biscuit with a water and biscuits and gravy with coffee. The coffee was super hot and fresh. I had heard this food was pretty good. But just very upset the 2 things I wanted they didn?t have. Lasttime my parents came they have the Beignets and bananas foster French toast. I also added those pictures. Hopefully if I come back they will have avocados and bananas. The food we ordered today was in my option eh okay. I cannot standeverything bagels. Their menu didn?t say this is the type of bagels they had were these bagels. Then they didn?t have anything else I wanted. The workers were pleasant. Location was clean.. expect for this one window. They offer lunch andbreakfast. Menus attached as well. There was no wait for us to order. They said their food was pretty good. I will call next time before I drive here again. I will try again if the have stuff for avocado toast bananas foster Frenchtoast.

A small treasure of an eatery. We ate breakfast there twice while visiting from out of town. We absolutely enjoyed everything we ordered and can't wait for our next visit so we can eat again at Ralph's Place.

Excellent friendly service and wonderful food! Don’t miss this unassuming hole in the wall type place. Looks can be deceiving! What waits within will keep you coming back for more!

Great food and very friendly employees. I took my leadership team here for lunch and we felt very welcomed. We will definitely eat here again.
