Feedback gevenI sign for the app, ordered my 2 drinks paid with cc, and said in which stable I was. After 6 minutes, the screen at Sonic showed that someone brought my order. Another 4 minutes, I pressed the button and was told that my order was on the way. Ten minutes.
Stop picking up some drinks for a short street. Order was right. This location has several vehicle orders outside the order. UPDATE I added a star, I visited 6/12 just before closing and got a fantastic burger, dead w/chili
Update: gave them another shot, pressed the red button and waited 5 minutes, never was recognized. So, I went and spent my money in another facility that actually appreciates their customers. About what you would expect until the Fast Food in North Shreveport. Clueless staff, inept managers and the ice machine is below excuse 2 of the last 3 times I went there for a Sonic Blast. Half a menu is better than no menu.
I enjoyed the new Dill Burger and half price milkshake. You were both great tasting. I will return soon to enjoy a great meal.
The employees were rude, because I got out the car to read the menu! Because I was not the driver. And new to this food chain.
