Dunkin' - Shrewsbury

They don't really know their own menu options and are very slow.

ITS PUMPKIN SEASON!!!!! Honestly one of the better places for that taste in the area. Open really early. I love being able to get my coffee before work and not wait for me to open it up at my restaurant

This location has the worst service of any Baskin/Dunkin not to mention that their prices are ridiculous for what little you get.

I come here to order ice cream from Baskin Robbins. Since there is self serve kiosks, every employee ignores you when you approach the counter. Mind you, you are unable to order from the Baskin Robbins menu on the self serve kiosk. You wait 5 minutes+ for someone to even acknowledge you at the counter and then proceed to be rude when taking your order. It took 13 minutes to receive my 1 iced coffee and 20 minutes just to get 2 scoops of ice cream. Absolutely ridiculous. Service is horrible! This type of service is a second time occurrence that has happened to us.

Stood waiting too get waited on way to long. Had too ask if they wanted to wait on us or should we leave. They only had 5 employees at the time. Sad Shrewsbury, is not the same since I used to live here.
