Greggs - Shropshire

Staff are lovely. Food is very good value and the app is great. Unfortunately, I have only given 3 star because the cleanliness of the place is horrendous. If I was only marking the cleanliness it would be no stars. I have tried to give it a few chances but each time the floors and tables are filthy, I have never seen anyone cleaning the tables. Such a shame as I can not fault the rest

We went to Greggs, to pick up some lunch, friendly staff, over worked though, good service and very good food.

Popped into the store this morning and joined the queue of 10 customers , when I got to the counter the vegetarian sausage rolls had run out so I decide to wait for a new batched to be cooked , I was in the store 48 minutes in total The thing I noticed was all the staff were working flat out they couldn’t have worked any harder . One lady called Jess was cooking at a crazy speed and still remained calm and very pleasant. The store is big but the working area is very tight why ? And they needed more staff for the volume of customers. Thanks to all the staff for working so hard and staying so pleasant. . The four stars are for the staff .

The young man who waited on us was extremely polite and friendly, as well as very helpful. The pasties and drinks were delicious and well-priced, and we also enjoyed the good music.

I live close to this Greggs location and also work in the area, so I visit quite often. I always find the staff to be very polite and helpful. They provide excellent service, always willing to go above and beyond with a smile.
