Ok Diner - Shropshire

Horrible experience. Waited a long time for incorrect food to be served. Others who came in after us were served and left before us. Staff didn't know that eggs are not dairy. Wrong portion sizes. Had to ask multiple times for the bill. Would not recommend dining here, but the pub at the same location is fantastic.

When ordering our food, the waitress once again had difficulty answering our questions and had to consult a colleague. While waiting for our food, we noticed that the cutlery and napkins provided were dirty. Attempts to clean them off were unsuccessful, but since we ordered finger foods, we decided to overlook this issue. Additionally, a piece of old hash brown was found buried in our cheesy fries, indicating a lack of attention to the food preparation process. We also discovered a hair in one of the portions, which further put us off our meal. We informed the waitress about our concerns and she kindly offered a discount as a gesture of goodwill. The garlic bread we ordered had varying levels of doneness, with some slices burnt and others undercooked. Overall, the taste and quality of the food were average, with visually impressive but lacking in flavor burgers. While the staff were polite, we believe that more extensive training should be provided to ensure better service and food hygiene standards. This review is not meant to criticize the restaurant but rather to offer constructive feedback for improvement. We hope that the management takes this as a learning opportunity and ensures compliance with food safety regulations.

My son and his family joined me for a delightful meal at the OK Diner. We always enjoy a good meal at this restaurant. The staff, particularly the friendly lady with long brown hair, were very helpful and went out of their way to make our experience enjoyable. She even took the time to chat with our young grandsons. I highly recommend dining here and will definitely visit again.

We went as a family of five and were seated with no issue at 6.15pm. The waiting staff were lovely, friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent, we had a great time and everyone left happy. The restaurant is spotlessly clean. We’ve been a few times and have always thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Arrived just after 2:00pm to see 1 employee eating and 2 others free! Not one customer in restaurant and it looked as if they had been very quiet. I asked 'do you accept well behaved dogs? ' NO was the reply. 'There are no other customers here, you have lots of space '. NO, again... We dine out 3+ times a week and the dog is with us. British businesses deserve to go 'broke ' if this attitude continues, you should be driving cash into your business. Went to a local pub in town where we spent almost £50. Bye Bye OK
