Absolutely amazing place. Lovely atmosphere, open fire to welcome you. We have drove past many times and thought we would give it a try tonight, New Years Eve. I booked via email and response was quick and informative regarding menu. The food was out of this world, we had; a pork roast and homemade pie with additional vegetables. Piping hot food, which is a must for us and was plentiful in portions. The staff were sooo pleasant. Will definitely be returning, really impressive. Exceptional value for money..

We recently had the most incredible Sunday lunch in years at this restaurant. The vegetables were plentiful and the meat was simply delicious. The staff were very attentive. We will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommend!

My wife and I had been wanting to try this restaurant for some time but never got around to it. However, we finally went with our family for Sunday lunch and it exceeded our expectations. Our group included 5 adults and 2 children, and we were very well taken care of. The service was excellent and the food, from a varied menu, was served in generous portions and cooked beautifully. My wife is vegetarian and they even provided vegetarian gravy for her. The restaurant has plenty of parking and is located in a picturesque setting. My wife and I will definitely be returning soon.

Amazing staff and delicious food. Me and my friend heard only good things about things about the food here and decided to try it out. I went for the pork apple sausages for main and I couldn’t fault it, and the warm Belgium waffle for dessert which was perfect. The atmosphere is lovely and welcoming, highly recommend!

We can't rate this place enough. We've just had the most amazing meal. Great menu that caters for everyone. My husband and I chose the pork belly bites and the salmon moose off the specials board for our starters. Beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. For mains we had the sirloin steak and the katsu chicken burger...again both dishes were yummy. Even though we were full we couldn't miss out on their fabulous biscoff cheesecake. Everything was made from quality ingredients and fresh. The service was excellent, friendly and polite staff who made sure that you were looked after. It was lovely to see the place so busy as it created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A huge credit to the chefs, the waiting staff and Suzanne for an exceptional evening. 10/5*
