Feedback gevenListen... this is Sibley Iowa. Traveling for work hungry, I love Mexican food. I had enchiladas verdes, chips and salsa. Everything was good.
Only sit down restaurant open on a Saturday night it seems. Had the Enchilada Verdes. Pretty darn good for Sibley. Would come back again for sure.
This place is the most rustic and authentic Mexican food there is. The interior has a gorgeous patina and served as a school house in the 1900-1929 Best service and good darn food... Great picky children options on the perfectly various choices ln the menu.
They make the BEST guacamole! Service always fast and friendly.
El Tio Nachos is switching management soon so maybe this will require an update later. As of right now though the tacos are fantastic and the rice is always tasty. There's something about simple Mexican food that hits the spot and El Tio Nachos does just that. I'd say I've gotten their food 10+ times and it's always been delicious. My fiancée orders on a regular basis without me being present and she's never had a complaint. Consistently delicious food.
