Service and milkshakes were trash. After one sip we threw them out.

The staff at this establishment was amazing! They were so considerate of the notes and made sure everything was made with love. I would rate this place a 11/10.

Came here Saturday night. And was rudely told that the ice cream side was closed!!

ABSOLUTE WORST BASKIN ROBINS TO GO TO. They get our orders wrong every time. All we ask for are 2 scoop sundaes and a few toppings. And it 's always to go . They jam everything into a small cup, they have poor customer service. And they hardly ever get the toppings right. Like really? Very disappointed.

RUDE and POOR customer service, i called to find an explanation to why my doordash order was wrong. Lady who answered the phone kept saying denying such order but i checked with the app and customer service and it was the correct location. The lady was completely rude and answered me with a stupid attitude. This place is MESSY and not organized AT ALL.
