Chili's Grill Bar Restaurant - side

Typical corporate chain restaurant. Not sure why there's a no guns sign on the door. Is service that bad? Haven't been in here for a long time. Same filthy floors, tables and decor from maybe 15 years ago. Turn around and run away. They need to close for a couple months to clean, remodel, and train a functional , intelligent and sanitary staff.

Chilli's was surprisingly great. We ordered the app sampler. Southwest egg rolls are tasty.chicken tenders,burgers,no complaints and reasonable prices. Except that chips and salsa are not free like most places.

Devin is a server she is always polite, Very friendly goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you need.

I was really disappointed when I went in for my takeout order today. I needed help paying with a gift card so I asked the woman at the takeout stand to help me, the gift card was for $25 and the bill total was for $28 and some change so I was confused when the total after the gift card came out to about $9. I emailed myself the recite and saw after I left the woman helping me had tipped herself 20% on my bill which is not something I typically would do for a takeout order. On top of that it kinda looked like my food was just tossed in the bag haphazardly. The side of broccoli I got with my meal wasn’t in a container and was all over in the food tray and my burger was somewhat disassembled. Normally we are very happy with the chilis location but between the two things I was very disappointed.

I’ve been to many restaurants and haven’t met some one like Nick.R Paul!! both gentlemen went above and beyond to ensure the best possible experience you can have while ordering takeout . I’m eat from Chili’s maybe twice a year but these gentlemen have earned themselves a regular.
