Dunkin' - side

I love dunkin especially on 115th and Halsted. They get my coffee right every time.

The Indian guy works at night is rude; he doesn’t know how to take orders professionally. He sneezed on his hand couple times before handing me my order. When I asked him for the receipt he told me no receipts, when I asked him again, he almost threw on me and closed his window. Plus, my bagel was old and small.

They are very nasty, and I ordered a tomato pesto grilled cheese and they only gave me 1 cold stale bread cold tomato's and pesto, when they could’ve just said they didn’t have the Ingredients or canceled my order instead of taking my money and not giving me what I ordered.

Just ordered hot macha latte! It has no taste at all. My husband has coffee it taste like water too..I'm not sure if the guy there knows what he is doin…so disappointed

Waited in the lobby for 10 mins before, I had to say is anyone working here, customer service is terrible, I went there to buy $400. Dollars in gift cards well they Lost that sell and all future sells because I will never go back....
