One star for the people that passed away due to lack of security and care for what goes on in there.

I made a reservation for a room a week in advance and ended up cancelling the same day because I found a better deal. Their website says you get your deposit back as long as you cancel 48 hours before the reservation. They never refunded the deposit, didn't respond to emails about it, and are now fighting my chargeback via the cc company.

I think the concept here is great. The execution, less so. Firstly, if you want to drink and do karaoke I recommend having a few beverages prior to your arrival. Drinks are expensive and not very strong. We had a server (I can't think of the proper word for this person's role) who came to our karaoke room a few times. They cancelled our reservation due to the accident that happened in front of the place and people signing petition to get rid of it and did not return the $50 to my friends account that she reserved it under I understand it hit them unexpected but it's not like we canceled it you did so return the $50

I’ve visited this place in the past and the experience was great. However last night me and a couple friends decided to go but that experience was not at all like the last one. The encounter I had with the bartender/manager was ridiculous he was very rude and very unprofessional and sarcastic. He attitude and demeanor towards us was very unnecessary.
