Asked for extra hot peppers, didn't get them. It's called a veggie melt and was barely melted. Wilted lettuce. The mushrooms were raw, and they've never been raw at any other locatio. I've eaten at. Is this normal? Dirty tables, overfilled garbage. Ate it because I don't want to waste food. Meh. Not coming back.

As I was waiting for my sandwich the white manager started berating the black employee for being mouthy. Then he started barking orders at her loudly.

It would be good, attention to Spanish speaking... however... we survive with street English.

My experience at this potbelly’s was a mixed bag of ion even know would I come back here people that answer the phone are rude and think they can talk to u crazy . The first guy hangs up In my face because he gave me whatever soup he wanted cuz they were busy. The lady manager fixed the issues but then got a attitude cuz I asked for a gm . I think they both need to reprimanded
