I’m not sure who complains about this hotel but those who do probably complain about everything. This hotel is great. It is small because it’s not a new hotel and to be honest you don’t need everything to be big. Location is perfect, sevice is perfect. There are multiple bars and restaurants and a pool on the roof which is magnificent.

The hotel rooms are pretty small and lack the amenities that one would expect for the price. The staff was unhelpful when we asked for assistance, and it felt like no proper management team was in place to address our concerns. The prices are unreasonably high for what essentially feels like a basic motel inn. Upon arrival, no staff was available to welcome us or help with our luggage, and we were only informed of our imminent check-out with five minutes' notice. The hotel's technology is also outdated, as I couldn't even use the latest charger with my iPhone 15. Furthermore, the place gets quite noisy at night, and it seems to operate with minimal staff, impacting the quality of service. Overall, I would prefer to stay elsewhere, where I don't feel like I'm in a dingy and poorly managed establishment.

Smallest room I've ever stayed in. Literally, ever. This hotel is one of the least accommodating hotels I've ever stayed in. Rooms don't even have a vent for the bathroom and the bathroom is half of the room. So if anyone has a bowel movement (and why wouldn't they) the entire room smelss like it for hours. And hours. And hours. Seriously, walk 4 blocks and stay at a nicer hotel for half the price.

My car smelled like a cigarette after I got valet service, also they moved my seat around for whatever reason, no call back from management.
