Chef on the Run - Sidney

I had high hopes for this restaurant, as I needed assistance in the kitchen. The food was delivered on time, but on the first occasion I only received four meals instead of the seven I had ordered. These meals were lacking in portion size, leaving me still hungry after consuming them, despite not being a big eater. The second time I ordered, I once again received seven meals with rice. However, all seven meals contained potatoes that were quite coarse after being frozen. Additionally, there were no vegetables included in the containers. I was unable to provide feedback via email as their contact information was not displayed, and addressing the issue over the phone was not an enjoyable experience. Overall, I found the service to be careless and the portion sizes to be inadequate. On a positive note, the taste of the frozen food was fairly good.

The restaurant offers generous portions of meals, a variety of desserts including cakes, and options of either meat or fruit. You can choose to have your order delivered to your door or opt for pick up. Additionally, they also have English articles available for purchase.

We have been coming to this restaurant for years. The service is excellent and the staff is friendly. The prices are reasonable and the menu offers a good variety of balanced meal options. While the food may not be gourmet, it is definitely good. This place is perfect for seniors or busy individuals who don't have time to cook. There are also tables available for dining in if you prefer.

Good meals are delivered fresh or frozen. Soup, meals, sausages, dessertas can be bought at the store. Some seniors or others who cannot cook for themselves have delivered weekly meals for free. I highly recommend it.

I have used this Sidney locaton many times in the past. On Wednesday May 4th, I went to get two eals.There was no one else in the location except three employees one of whom was making a sandwich which another customer came in and sat...to eat. In the meantime I stood at the order counter while the two employees who were not doing anything except talking and laughing. I was about to leave because of lack of service, however, the employee who was working said she would be with me shortly at which point one of the do nothings decided to serve me..I asked for two cabbage roll dinners and told her I wanted all peas and mashed potatoes in one and all beets and mashed potatoes in the other. She placed the orders in a bag. When I got home, I noticed that the writing on the top was pork parmesan. Upon opening it, it was Cabbage rolls but with green string beans that were half cooked. I opened the second dinner and it contained cabbage rolls, masked potatoes and peas.. Had the location been busy I would have understood completely the wait and mistakie in vegetable and the labelling.. But there was no excuse for the delay on Wednesday. I feel important to advise you rather telling others how bad the service was...I appreciate you taking the time to read this message. Thank you..
