Hardee's - Sidney

I ordered a plain burger, just a simple one-star item. When I received it, I found cheese on it. Absolutely disgusting. How difficult can it be to serve a burger with just the meat and bun? It was supposed to be plain. Once again, my lunch is ruined. Great job Hardee’s—this is just the worst.

There's a woman who comes in regularly, and she can be quite bothersome. She goes from table to table chatting with everyone, regardless of whether or not they want to engage. It’s quite frustrating to deal with her.

I waited 45 minutes to order and receive my breakfast sandwich. I could hear the woman at the drive-thru complaining while I was inside. The lady behind the counter was friendly but seemed unorganized. It feels like the whole staff could benefit from proper training. This was my first visit, and it will definitely be my last. This was at 6:30 in the morning.

I threw my breakfast in the trash. Very disappointed. If you can't use new oil, don't serve it.

Great place for a stop over. First time trying it but was extremely surprised at how good the burger and fries were! very competitive to Wendy's. obviously different well worth a try.
