Mahob Cuisine - Siem Reap

We, in a group of 12 people, followed a Khmer cooking course given by the chef. We have prepared spring rolls, a fish broth, a fish dish and a coconut dessert. Before the course, the chef visited his garden where he cultivated all kinds of vegetables. The course was then a very good time when we both laughed and cooked our meal ourselves! If you're around!

Costs for Cambodia, but for good reason. Probably the best restaurant in Siem Reap. I regret not to find this place earlier and I would rather explore other things on their menu than exploring another restaurant tomorrow.
