Pizzeria Scacciapensieri Di Massimo Maiorano

This tiny neighborhood pizzeria was near our hotel when we visited Italia in May 2024. Their pizza is so delicious! I will never be able to eat US pizza again. The crust is crispy, light and bubbly on the edges but so deliciously chewy with every bite. Heaven! I need to know how to make pizza dough like this!

Very good pizza. Thin dough and filled well with food. Wood oven. For take away or to eat locally indoor or at the small terrace. Pick a free table. When eating locally the pizza is served in the paper box used for take away. When ordering your name is written down and it is yelled loud when your pizza is ready.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. La pizza è buonissima e oltre all'asporto può essere consumata anche all'interno del locale.
