Burger King - Sierra Vista

I give this restaurant 1 star because the drive through pavement caused my car to need a wheel alignment after my last visit.

Stopped in for the special buy two for $5. My friend ordered a meal. I had the two bacon cheese burger for $5. I was given the choice of different cheese I picked Swiss. The soda machine wasn't working properly. Had to have the counter fella get our drink. Had to walk back to the counter when our number was called. Open my burger and it's American cheese I am allergic). Take the two American cheese sandwiches back and the dark skin big guy behind the scenes leans out and tells me it is Swiss it just looks different. Let me say this my taste buds know Swiss cheese vs American . Let's try to be honest in these places of business. Sometimes given the wrong food could put someone, like myself in the hospital. Could kill someone. If the swiss cheese was made to look exactly like American cheese if it was cut the same, color was the same,and cooked the same, let's face it Swiss cheese and American cheese have distinctive flavors. Can't fool the taste buds. So I could suggest for an employee to do the right thing. Don't look stupid to anyone who knows the difference and I bet anyone would having had both in their lifetime, fess up and put the darn Swiss cheese on the burger when someone puts that order in. You could be saving a life.

This location served us cold food, which seemed old like it was prepared in the morning and kept under a hot lamp. Gross! Won't be back. Update 5/7/2023 : Still one of the worst locations in the BK franchise realm. Hope it will be one of the locations closing as BK closes 400 stores by the end of the year

I always got what I wanted when this restaurant was open, but the Burger King on the military base is subpar.

Glad its closed now. This location was so bad, and a poor excuse for a BK. While other BKs have been good, the food here was always cold, and not fresh (hot lamp warmed) . Alot of fast food places do this and prep a ton of burgers etc then leave them all under heat lamps. Gross. I tried them twice but vowed to never come back.
