Mcdonald's - Sierra Vista

My double cheeseburger was cold… but the servers were nice and went out of their way to fix the problem. They apologized and threw in a fresh small fries.Complaint resolved and they won me over.

Got to the drive thru at 11:15 am. It's 11:45 am and I'm still stuck in this line. Regretting thinking this would be a quick bite to eat. Could have sat down and had a whole meal in a sit down restaurant before I will get out of this drive thru.

We’ve gone to this McDonald’s tons of times over the years. Every single time we do we are parked for our food. Okay whatever right? But when you’re parked for 15 minutes for 4 sandwiches 2 has browns and 2 apple pies that’s just plain ridiculous. They need to stop parking every car. I finally walked in to get my order and the girl was walking out an order behind us in the line of 5 parked cars. I can’t believe I had to walk inside to get my order after going through the drive thru so I wouldn’t have to. The girl who bagged my food was very nice but I wish management would focus more on service than the times. Ridiculous
