Mcdonald's - Sierra Vista

The medium fries at this restaurant now cost $3.99, but unfortunately they do not live up to their reputation as the best fast food fries. They were cold, stale, and lacked salt. For the price, customers expect hot, fresh fries with the perfect amount of salt. I would recommend saving your money and making fries at home instead. I am highly disappointed and would like a refund.

I just returned home with our three quarter pounder meals and one of them had no meat in it. This is the fourth time we've visited this McDonald's and the third time our order was incorrect. We will not be returning.

Do not visit this McDonald's. I waited in the drive-thru for an hour only for them to still mess up my order. I have a family member who used to work there and the way the staff behaves is terrible. I recommend going to the one on Fry instead.

My double cheeseburger was cold… but the servers were nice and went out of their way to fix the problem. They apologized and threw in a fresh small fries.Complaint resolved and they won me over.

Got to the drive thru at 11:15 am. It's 11:45 am and I'm still stuck in this line. Regretting thinking this would be a quick bite to eat. Could have sat down and had a whole meal in a sit down restaurant before I will get out of this drive thru.
