Sonic Drive-in - Sierra Vista

The service at this restaurant was fast and welcoming. I signed up for text deals and received a free large slush with any purchase on the app. However, my Dr. Pepper had too much ice, despite my request for easy ice, and only one cherry was included when I asked for extra real cherries. Despite this, the cherry limeade slush was delicious. I plan on returning on Thursday for their 50 cent corn dogs special.

The restaurant was too crowded to be serving dry and lukewarm food. It was inedible! What a waste of our fun money this week. Thanks for nothing.

I often visit this restaurant when I've had a tough day at work. The ideal time to go is 7:30pm, as you may have the pleasure of being served by Diante. Diante and his team always take the time to confirm my order and any modifications I've requested, ensuring that it is just right. The staff is always welcoming and my meal is consistently prepared with care and attention, which is exactly what I need when craving comfort food.

Food is always great but the drive through speaker is busted and has been for over a year. This is our only local Sonic so I stop by randomly all the time. I personally only use the drive-thru and never pull up to parking spot. It's been over a year and management still has not repaired the drive-through speaker. It is insanely quiet and staticky and you can barely hear the person taking your order.

Most of the eating establishments in Sierra Vista have been a huge disappointment, but Sonic remains a top contender. It is all to do with the service. The food is good, average fast food, but the sonic blasts are great. We always get an Oreo Sonic Blast, extra oreos, and after the first time of saying just smother it in oreos, I have yet to be disappointed. The short female, with the forearm tattoo is the bomb, and even added more oreos when she saw it was me today. She is definitely top notch in customer service and will keep us coming back for going above and beyond.
