The manager, Tracy, just kept saying, “yeah, yeah, okay,” which did nothing to rectify the situation. Honestly, it’s not worth the hour-long drive. To top it all off, when we got home, I discovered something disgusting in my mashed potatoes! I have no idea what it is, but thankfully I mixed them before eating, otherwise it would have been even worse. I’m never going back! I plan to have this strange item checked in a lab because it looks like it might be moldy! It’s clear that it was deliberately put in there since this was the second time the manager brought me a messed-up order. She seemed annoyed by my complaints about the terrible service.
The staff is incredibly friendly. If you're interested in my thoughts—and I assume you are—here they are: Dina is a fantastic experience and really adds to the fun atmosphere. If Chris is in the kitchen, get ready for the best steak you've ever had. I simply told him I wanted a steak, and he picked the perfect cut and cooked it exactly how I like it. Honestly, I haven't had a better steak in ages!
Shea was our waitress, and she did an amazing job. Plus, she's really beautiful! I hope she remembers me. Thank you, Texas Roadhouse!
Always a good choice for dinning and steak. There is plenty of parking if you count the adjacent mall parking as well. Very clean, especially since they no longer have buckets of peanut shells all over the floor any more. You cannot go wrong with this location. Often packed, so plan ahead.
Pros: Excellent taste quality of food. Big building so doesn't feel crowded. Neutral: Service was just ok. Prices were a little high but not bad for the quality of food. Cons: Long waits, some minor service issues. We went to an early dinner with friends around 2:30pm the other day. The parking lot was about 75% full but the restaurant wasn't crowded. Our table ordered a California Salad, a steak dinner, a 1/2 rack ribs with chili fries, and a California chicken dinner with veggies and mashed potatoes and gravy. We didn't order appetizers but we did get drinks. The server brought the chili way before the rest of the meal was ready which was not requested and since no one else had any food brought early my husband didn't want to be rude and eat it before the rest his meal came. This meant it was not fresh when his meal did arrive with the rest some time later. The server didn't check back often but did bring refills for the iced teas at least once. The server brought new glasses but did not offer to remove the previous ones despite the crowded table surface. The food was all very tasty. My husband had the ribs which fell off the bone and were tender and delicious. I had the California chicken dinner and it was so good. The lemon sauce dressing was very flavorful. I will definitely have it again. I am not usually a lemon person but this was delicious. The chicken was cooked well and the broccoli was tender and well seasoned. No one had any complaints about the food except the butter used for the rolls. The bread baskets come with a sweet cinnamon sugar butter instead of a plain butter and while it is good and reminded me of cinnamon sugar toast from my childhood, we all agreed we would have preferred regular butter. The rolls were soft and had a faint sweetness of their own. I tried the sangria margarita and it was huge which I did not expect. The Pina colada my husband got was half the size, which is to say it was a normal sized drink. The sangria was tas
