While they do not write it down anywhere in the shop, they do have two vegan options: A baguette with greens and a vegan cake (when we arrived about 3 o'clock it was literally the sole one cake). The staff is very friendly and helped us well. Very attentively we received two forks with the cake, without having to ask for it. The cake was very tasty which you can expect from a Swiss patisserie. It has four layers. At the bottom a crunchy nougat, then cake, then chocolate mouse, and finally a layer of gelled berries. It is topped with some nuts, a black berry and a chocolate in the form of the international logo for vegetarianism, which is a fun detail. They also served coffee with soy milk (unsweetened, but with a sachet of sugar). They did not serve any cookies with the drinks, so we did not have to stress whether that was free animal derived substances. They could improve by making it visibly clear which options are vegan (which can be subtle), and increasing the amount of vegan options.
