23 Pier - Sihanoukville

Went there for lunch, as we were a big group we moved a couple of tables and chairs in order to fit and we were interrupted in a very rude way, were asked to put the tables back how they were at the begining so we left. Worst treatment I've had in the island. It is the best only restaurant on the pier so I can't be mistaken, there are 2 tables and some benches and chairs on a little area just outside the restaurant

Very unfriendly. We tried to book a boat ticket but they left way too early, So we missed our boat. They told us there is no chance to get another boat and gave no money back.

Best food I’ve had in mpay bay. The Turkish manager is a really nice guy. Coffee is a bit expensive though, but the rest is fine. Maybe a bit more than at the very local spots, but the food is great so worth it.

Authentic Turkish food, very good quality, very kind staff, beautiful location on the pier.

Great Turkish food. Really beautiful place right next to the pier with a beautiful view of the beach and the water.
