I ordered through the app and the food arrived quickly at the hotel. It was fresh and hot, and Samantha greeted me with a wonderful smile. I definitely recommend this Domino's!
I really enjoy this restaurant! The staff is friendly and the service is quick. However, they can be a bit stingy with the honey BBQ sauce at times.
We made a mistake ordering in the app but the guys working there fixed everything in no time. And also called the other place to where it went to and cancelled the order we made by mistake. They were on top of their job. And kept a smile the whole time. Notone time were they rude to us. Mistakes do happen but most of the time ppl have an attitude about it. Not them. Thanks guys forbeing understanding.
It’s frustrating because I love Domino’s and I order large quantities from them every month. Unfortunately, about 50% of the time, my orders are either not ready, lost, or incorrect. When I try to resolve issues with a manager, I end up dealing with a shift worker pretending to be the manager, who just lies and brushes me off. This has made me reconsider my loyalty to Domino’s. I might pay a little more at other pizza places, but at least they value customer service. If someone like me, who orders hundreds of dollars in pizza every month for both my family and organization, is treated this way, it’s concerning for their business. I wouldn’t be surprised if they end up going out of business.
