Feedback gevenI asked for extra cheese and that's what I got. the quality of my whole order was terrible.
Customer service is terrible! they are extremely rude! simple commands that they have grounded twice! eating is no longer decent. dry “cheesy breadsticks” paprika paprika pizza. save them time and money and go elsewhere! I would rather travel to spend my money and get good service than deal with unprofessional employees.
Cameron, the manager tonight, used every resource she had provided to get a pizza to me. they followed with order status, offered options and even offered to deliver the pizza itself if no other option was available. that was in my opinion above the level of customer service. I reduced a star, because the Door Dash supplier driver did not have the original tip I sent to him. where were the other $6,50 I made pizza hat?
They apply the delivery of bord and I have planned on it. I am disabled and on oxygen and too foot with a tube. it was pouring rain and they said I had to get in and the pizza. very difficult to do with a tube, oxygen and a shield. if they do not have this service, they do not advertise so. pizza was good and I will go back, just do not count on the delivery.
I've been a customer of this Pizza Hut for many years. In the past the service was not always great. But the app is much improved. And I think they have a new manager who is very personable and seems to treat his employees well. My pizza has been ready on time as promised for the past few pick ups. The pizzas were correct in the manager does a good job of opening the Pizza to verify that the order is correct.
