It's funny how the new employees wanna leave reviews and say how great it is. ??? of course you are gonna think it's great when you work there now. But let's see how great you think it is when a year from now. When they do the same thing to you that they have done to everyone who has worked there. Sooo good luck with that.
Love it, love it, love it. I often come here to relax after shopping in wal mart. (I am often enough here to have to rent me! the staff is always super friendly and super helpful, eating is good, and no one seems when I sit and write or pull for a few hours. it's great. I can't say enough good things about this place. (the wal mart is also particularly beautiful. we're lucky. I usually get the meatball sky on a bun when you ask me, although sometimes I get the sweet onion chicken teriyaki. everything looks fresh (good, as fresh as it comes in a restaurant and tastes at least as good as it looks. the place is always immaculately clean, fly are never a problem, etc. etc. I could go on, but you have the meaning. I should mention, however, that when they come during the rush times (they know when the autobahn is secured, plan to hang a little, this place is often somewhat underoccupied, and can build a pretty line. not their fault when they ask me good people are hard to find these days, and there is much more to run a subway franchise than in the position to make a sandwich. I should probably also mention. there is actually another subway a few doors down in the same shopping center, and I really don't know why, or how they manage to compete. Hey, subway corporate yeah, her young in the fancy suits merge this restaurant with this. they do not have to pay what seriously steep rental must be for two stalls in the same shopping center, unnecessary to say, and this place could use another person or two behind the counter in peak times. but I'm just a guy who likes this place, come here and see them: they could just stay.
I walked in and all 3 people were on their phones nit doing anything just on their phones. Only one got uo to help me while the other two stayed on their phones the whole time I was there. They made my food quickly. Floors needed to swept and was sticky insome places.
I was charged extra for the sauce on my sandwich. The staff member who helped me was very rude when I inquired about it, stating that Subway has different owners. She seemed unfriendly throughout the entire process while I was ordering for my family. I will never eat at Subway again! This was the worst experience I've had there, and her attitude completely ruined it for me!
I found a long black hair in my meal and went back to the restaurant. They replaced my order, but there was so much sriracha on it that it was inedible! I typically wouldn’t go back for seconds after finding hair in my food, but I tried to be polite. They refunded me, and it felt more like an inconvenience than a professional solution, which might indicate a pattern with the staff. I usually just go to Subway, but this place is supposed to be a business. I won’t be returning and won’t recommend it to my colleagues.
