Eat My Catfish - Siloam Springs

The garlic fries were amazing! I've found my new favorite dish! The service was outstanding as well. Thank you for bringing such a wonderful new spot to our town!

I really don't want to say this, but my experience here was very disappointing. The catfish was both small and lacked flavor, ranking among the worst I've ever had. Most of the food was rather bland, and the Hush Puppies were so dry that they fell apart easily. The Sweet Tea was extremely weak, as you can see in the pictures. Although the restaurant itself is beautifully designed, it didn't make up for the poor meal I had.

The main issue was the portion sizes. Getting two hushpuppies automatically with the meal is a nice touch, but if you order more as a side, you only receive two additional ones (and one of them was so small it felt like half a hushpuppy). I think four would be a much more reasonable amount. While the hushpuppies weren't as good as those from the Catfish Hole, I still enjoyed them. I also feel that weighing the fish for portioning is a bad practice. I understand that some aspects are just part of business, but overall, I was very disappointed.
