Feedback gevenThe guy in the window heard my order wrong so I ended with 2 happy meals and 2 extra sodas....so I needed a refund for a happy meal and 2 sodas. The manager Terri came out and was polite and helpful. She treated the problem professionally. She asked what went wrong and why! I was very impressed! She really seemed to care about what went wrong! Absolutely back!!
It's McDonalds. Food tastes great, but not something you should eat every day. Good customer service and clean restaurant. I'm sorry that cashiers with irate customers need to worry about errors that have actually been caused by lack of customer communication. Who goes to a McDonalds who doesn't already know what you want. If you are not ready to order, out of the way!!!!
It was lunchtime and they were pretty busy. I ordered a Quarter Pounder and it was mainly meat, onions and rolls. The spices (mustard, ketchup) were hardly there in the middle of the sandwich.
