Dunkin' - Silver Creek Township

Came here to get only get two things, and then they are out of half the things, and they're not even making food?? Like what kind of place is this, definitely not a restaurant on top of that, you have the nerve to be rude about it? Place should be closed.

If there is anyone else ordering in the store or drive thru, expect to wait a while.

Made a mobile order on Dec. 27th and paid for it on my app and when I went to pick it up, none of the items were available. Was told they ran out the day before and it would be two days before they would get new stock. Could not get a refund through my app and this store wouldn't give me a gift card for having paid for items they didn't have. They said that if I came back 2 days later to get the order, they would give me $10 off then but we are from Chicago and weren't going to be in Freeport then (if you could have given me $10 if I returned and made a new order, why not just give me my money back the day you couldn't fulfill my order?! same difference! . Still wouldn't give me a gift card or refund and never received the refund from my app. Definitely will avoid this Dunkin next time I'm in Freeport.

The worst Dunkin you’ll ever go to… the most rude employees, always out of literally every flavor or the oven is broke, and they never get the order correct. Do yourself a favor and head to Starbucks down the road for a little more money and a lot better
