Feedback gevenI went through the drive through on 9/24/23 at approximately 9am. I ordered a small coffee and a bag of medium roast coffee. The total was slightly over $16. I paid with a $10 gift card and the rest in cash. I was not provided a receipt. I went on my way with my delicious cup of coffee.The next morning, I went to make a pot of coffee and noticed the coffee I was provided with was Decaf. Not a huge deal; my fault for not specifying I wanted caffeinated coffee. However, when I went to open the bag I noticed that IT HAD ALREADY BEEN OPENED! I knew something wasn't right when there were coffee grounds stuck to the inside of the clear tape holding the back closed. Upon opening it further, the adhesive (aka freshness seal) was not intact at all. The bag had been previously opened.Later that day, my wife took the bag back explaining the situation and was told that since we didn't have a receipt, nothing could be done. I'm disappointed in myself for not double checking my order before leaving, but I'm more disappointed that Starbucks provided me with a previously used bag of decaf coffee. Things I learned from my Freeport Starbucks experience: 1) Always ask for a receipt on a coffee order, 2) Specify that you would like caffeinated coffee, 3) Double check your order at Starbucks before leaving the drive up window.
