The staff are friendly and the owner is welcoming. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Ethiopian
Nice food, not many Ethiopian where I'm at, so it was nice to try this out. Maybe ration how much of the sponge bread you use, or order an extra plate up front. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Great food and always good service. I always enjoy the vegetarian combo. Sometimes I order the lamb tibs which are super flavorful. I like to order the imported enjera too. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
This was my go-to place for Ethiopian food when I lived in MD. For first-timers, you can never go wrong with the crispy beef. If you feeling adventurous, I strongly recommend the Kitfo (Ethiopian beef tartar). Always ask for Tej (Ethiopian honey wine), it goes great with the meal. The staffs at the restaurant is always very friendly. The only downside, is that we always have to wait a long time for the food. But, if you have the time, the food is definitely worth the wait.
