Dave Buster's Silver Spring

I reserved a table through Open Table, but when we arrived, they claimed we didn’t have a reservation, even after I showed them the email confirmation.

We waited for over 30 minutes to even be acknowledged. Then we were shuffled over to the hostess stand for another 15 minutes before we were told to just sit anywhere and someone would find us. Not sure why we made reservations. The food was dry and overcooked. The alcohol beverages were watered down. Our server kept forgetting she was assigned to our table..we had to keep calling her over. It was my son's 15th birthday and a very horrible experience. He kinda enjoyed the games which were way pricey

My server was excellent, but the food took a long time to arrive and wasn't very hot or fresh. Overall, it was an okay experience.

This is right inside of the very active Dave and Busters gaming area. It is informal dining experience with standard menu you might find in most pubs and Apple Bee's type restaurants. My only real issue , which is my pet peeve, is the service is very slow and lacking. The waiter we had was pretty delayed getting to us initially and then we never seen him again until paying for the bill. The reception at the counter was kind of dismissive also.

I had a wonderful time at Dave & Buster's! We celebrated my son and daughter's birthday on Friday, October 20th. The food was amazing, and our server, MJ, was outstanding—friendly, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making our dining experience excellent. The kids had a great time playing games, and the atmosphere was just right. It was also nice that it wasn't too crowded, allowing us to fully enjoy our visit. We will definitely be returning for more fun and delicious food!
