Delicious food, and super fast service my goodness!!A friend and I were visiting from out of state and ordered lunch on their take out website. I had no idea about the multiple locations (just discovered the chain and ordered from a different location about 20min away (I got mixed up! . We arrived at Don Pollo of Briggs Chaney and felt super awkward because they of course didn't have our order, had a short time frame, and were looking at driving across town for the food. They graciously offered to make our order for us right there, 5 min or less. Wasn't expecting it, but grateful for it. Customer service!!!! Thanks guys. ?

Not a perfect place for dates because it’s small but food is quite good. I order to go!

The food was good. Was a bit cold but good. The fries are excellent. I like the sauces as well. Would go back there to catch a quick biteFood: 5/5

Food is great overall, but I’m disappointed with the deserts. A $3.50 alfajor should be great for the price. They used to be good. Ordered one today and it was dry/stale. The dulce de leche in it felt like rubber. For Thanksgiving I was expecting something fresh, but it is what it is.

The food is great, but the service leaves much to be desired. It seems that the staff often prefers to leave earlier than their scheduled hours. They take a long time to answer phone calls, and if you’re on hold for more than five minutes, they tend to hang up.
