The Den Bistro

A cool little bar and restaurant that exactly resembles what I imagine when I think of a Ski Resort bar. We order the charcuterie board and really enjoyed it. The plating wasn’t the nicest but all the items included were great. It was a little expensive but that’s expected for a ski lodge. A cool little place to check out if you’re in the area.

Friendly and energetic staff! Cozy place; I love looking at a fireplace when it's snowing outside, and they had one! The cheeseburger was decent, not very flavoured; fries were amazing tho! The shrimp bruschetta was delicious, but it was TOO spicy, and I was burning while eating!

Excellent selection of local dishes. Friendly staff. They make good adult beverages. The corner near the fireplace has a bookshelf full of kids books. Beautiful view. Sits on the ground floor and feels nice and tucked in.

Absolutely creative, delicious, and innovative food. They currently have a fantastic Australian chef who cooked one of the top 10 meals I've ever had. Had the special for dinner. Ingredients are fresh and delicious. Hats off to this great chef! Service was wonderful too. It was expensive but a great deal for food of this quality. Looking forward to going back.
