Kfc - Silverdale

I had the bowl..... wonderful. The bathroom was clean. Service especially impressive. Staff was short handed but efficient and friendly. Very good experience.

I went to the KFC in Silverdale on Sunday Dec. 24, 2023 around 3:00 pm, to pick up a HUGE online order. I was having a very busy and hectic day when I pulled up to the drive through speaker. I was greeted by a very happy and cheerful lady who seemed to be filled with joy. Just hearing her happy voice made me feel better. When I pulled up to the window, I told her I would park in front of the store and walk in to get my six bags of food. I told her I had no problem making two trips to my car, since there were so many bags. Before I could even get out of my car, she came running out with both arms and hands full of my order bags! She put them into my car trunk and was very happy and cheerful the whole time. I thanked her and after she went back inside, I started to check my order, since it was so big. It took me a few minutes to check everything and I was almost done, when the nice lady came out to check on me. She seemed genuinely concerned and wanted to know if everything was OK. I was so happy to receive such outstanding customer service from this person! I deeply regret that I didn't even think to get her name... But I hope her supervisor or manager reads this review and is able to figure out who she is and recognize her for doing such a great job! Thank you!

Food is fine lady at window was insanely rude and wouldn’t let us get a four piece even though it’s on the menu just kept saying “3 or 6” such a weird interaction like what even was

Nick was brilliant in the drive thru. I would recommend the famous bowl or the popcorn chicken combo. great with fries and bbq drilling. service is usually fast (also through) and staff are friendly. they try to get them the best offers possible and will tell them if there is a better combination for dinge they order.

Had crispy 2 pieces of meal. Previously it was good, now only 2.5 to 1-5. a lot of loud talk in the kitchen. beautiful lady on checkout registration.
