Angry James Brewery - Silverthorne

This is my top spot in Silverthorne. Every beer I've tried here has been excellent, but my favorite is the two-tone footer stout. You can take home many of their beers in four-packs, or fill up a growler or crowler with anything else you like. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the patio is cozy and welcoming to dogs. It's often filled with dogs enjoying the nice weather. I've heard great things about the pretzels, but they're only available from Thursday to Sunday.

I visited this restaurant for trivia night with a group of friends, and we had an absolute blast! The beer was fantastic. We kicked things off with a sampler, moved on to some darker brews, and wrapped up with a cherry sour beer that was delightfully tart. We definitely needed a designated driver after that! It was one of the top five best nights we had last summer. The atmosphere is really fun!

The outdoor patio is fantastic. They only offer pretzels, but they're delicious. You’re allowed to bring your own food as well. The beers were excellent; we tried the sour and the blonde, and both were great.

Great beers! I enjoyed a flight before heading to the front range and was fortunate to try a sample of the foeder-aged Dortmunder. I can't wait to return in August for a camping trip!

This is our favorite brewery in the Lake Dillon area. It’s not overcrowded or overly commercialized like some others nearby. They offer excellent beer in a fantastic atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the gas fireplace on the covered patio!
